Our clothing is designed to be repeatedly taken on and off in a demanding on-stage entertainment environment. Not everyone needs the kind of construction quality that our garments provide and there are any number of shops that offer choices for these customers. Our line of clothing is for the discriminating consumer who requires the best quality in workmanship, fabrics and customer service.
1. If you're not satisfied with your order we will promptly refund or exchange any item you purchase from us.
Returns are easy! No return authorizations needed but you should follow the instruction listed below or your return may not be accepted or you may be issued a store credit only. You may be charged a new shipping charge for any refused returned item(s) we ship back to you.
Package the "in new condition" item(s) you are returning and write a note on the invoice (or invoice copy) explaining the reason for the return and ship it back to us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. For your protection we recommend sending the package insured. We will then issue a refund in 3 days or less from the day we receive the return.
If you feel you may want to return an intimate item (thongs, shorts or swimsuit bottoms) you should try the item on over your underwear.
Clothing that is worn, soiled (tanning creme, sunscreen lotion or perfume/smoke smell, are some examples, any odors in general), damaged or laundered is
considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes can show no wear on the soles, so stay on carpeted floors to

2. Any item of clothing (excluding shoes & hosery) will be repaired or replaced up to 30 days after the date of delivery of your order.
If any garment suffers a failure of construction or fabric we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This does not include damage caused by holes or tears from heels, customer caused snags from jewelry, etc. or cigarette burns, etc. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Stripperwear.com.
Clothing that is not laundered, cannot be repaired or replaced We will send the item back to you. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Stripperwear.com.

Web stores like ours are vulnerable to chargebacks from customers using credit cards fraudulently. For your protection as well as ours, we practice strict fraud prevention policies. If your order appears fraudulent, we will ask you to provide us with further verification.

Our prices are subject to change at any time. We will not honor discounts after a sale is over. Take advantage of our sales during their specified time frames. If you buy an item on sale, your discount savings will not apply toward future orders.
Domestic US Customers:
Free priority shipping on orders over $50.
All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
All orders from the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and the charge on orders under $50 is $5.00.
International orders are processed thru paypal only and ship via USPS International Priority with a shipping charge of $27.00.
Any order over $75 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation - You will have to sign for your package. In addition, we may send any packages via signature confirmation at our discretion.
Priority Mail: Up to 3 business days in-house processing + 2 to 4 days for delivery.
If you need signature confirmation or insurance added to your package because of theft concerns in your neighborhood, you must arrange these extra services before you make your purchase.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.
You can track your package or order thru your confirmation email. There will be a link in your order confirmation email where you may check the status of your order on our site.
We do not ship orders internationally at this time
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders. Your order can be insured and you will have recourse thru the Postal Service. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your order. You can also ask us to insure your package in the notes section of the check-out for a nominal charge of $2.00 per $100.00 in merchandise.
INCORRECTLY ENTERED 'SHIP TO' ADDRESSES CAN BE COSTLY AND A REAL HASSLE FOR YOU! Please make sure you double check your Ship To and Bill To addresses when placing your order. If you enter an incorrect Ship To address when you place your order and your package is returned to us, we will make two good faith attempts to contact you about your incorrectly addressed package. The time-frame in which it takes for your package to be returned to us once it has been sent to an incorrect address can take as long as one month! Please make sure to double check your address upon placing your order.
If you contact us after your order has been shipped asking us to include an apartment number or any other additional address information that you did not include upon placing your order, we will not be able to do anything and you may lose your order and we are not responsible if USPS delivers your package to the incomplete address.
If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so before it ships. Check the status from the link in your confirmation email.
About the colors of the fabrics in our images
We strive to accurately represent the color and appearance of our products in our images. We quality check each image on professionally calibrated monitors. However, due to the fact that monitor settings vary, we can not guarantee perfect color matching, but it should be close! For example, a turquoise dress may appear blue on your monitor due to your individual monitor settings. That's why we have such a great refund policy, if you're not happy you're covered.
