Ordering clothing from the internet shouldn’t be risky for you the customer.
We take the risk out of ordering by offering you a FULL REFUND or exchange
on any item you purchase from us that you are not satisfied with.
It’s easy!
Package the “in new condition” item(s) you are returning with a note explaining
the reason for the return and send it back to us within 10 calendar days of
receiving your order. For your protection we recommend sending the package
insured. We will then issue a refund in 30 days or less.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Health Regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or
laundered is considered to be in “other than new condition” and cannot be
returned or exchanged
